U.S. News & World Report Ranks the University of California Irvine and Concordia University Among Best National Universities in Social Mobility

The University of California, Irvine and Concordia University Irvine have been ranked among the top national universities in the 2022-2023 Best Social Mobility category by U.S. News & World Report. The social mobility ranking considers a school’s six-year graduation rate for Pell Grant students, demonstrating UCI and Concordia’s steadfast support of students from low-income backgrounds.

Now in its 38th year, U.S. News & World Report publishes its Best Colleges rankings each year to provide prospective students and their families with helpful data and information on factors such as graduation rates, social mobility, and graduate indebtedness. The rankings evaluate more than 1,450 colleges and universities on 17 measures of academic quality.
