Through its Celebrate Irvine award program, the Greater Irvine Chamber recognizes businesses and individuals in greater Irvine that have demonstrated the principles of community service, volunteerism, and the best traditions of good corporate citizenship. Business of the Year, Nonprofit of the Year, Business Philanthropist of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, and Spirit of Hospitality awards will be presented at Celebrate Irvine on Wednesday, June 16, 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., at Irvine Marriott, 18000 VonKarman Ave.
Celebrate Irvine will also include a fireside chat with Irvine Mayor Farrah N. Khan and Greater Irvine Chamber Bryan Starr. This discussion will be an opportunity for attendees to get to know Mayor Khan better and hear why Irvine is an economic powerhouse and healthcare hub, providing big brands jobs and a full spectrum of housing options. Mayor Khan will also share about Irvine’s commitment to sustainability, the next phase of transit, and an update on developments at the Great Park.
