Scholarships 

Irvine Forward Foundation Community Scholarship — Established in 2022, this scholarship recognizes graduating high school seniors who are taking the lead by service to the Irvine community.

John Colvin Memorial Scholarship — Established after the untimely passing of active Greater Irvine Chamber member John Colvin in 2014. For students enrolled in a four-year degree program at an accredited university or college in Southern California with a G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher, with a commitment to a fitness lifestyle and contributing to the health and economic vitality of Irvine and California.

Lieutenant Colonel Thomas U. Wall Memorial Scholarship — Established Thomas U. Wall trust in 1992. For students who are a U.S. military veteran (or child or grandchild of a U.S. Military veteran) pursuing science, business or law enforcement at Irvine Valley College, have financial need, and a high school or college 2.5 or higher G.P.A.

Career Readiness

Career Edge – Award-winning soft skills workshop series for college students to better prepare them for the workplace including practical critical thinking and problem solving, business communications, and business etiquette and workplace behaviors.  

Financial Literacy Project – Workshops for Irvine Unified School District 7th & 8th graders, includes an investment exercise, review results of four-week project. 

Ethics Forum – Developed for Irvine high school engagement delivered in two sessions incorporated in classwork by social studies teachers and culminating in 
a presentation to parents, teachers, and guests. 

Business Success

Irvine Business Outreach – An award-winning community engagement program through which Chamber members conduct primary research on the most pressing needs facing local businesses and to share valuable resources with business leaders.

Professional Development — Provides training in management, sales, strategic planning, and other areas focused on business success through workshops provided in partnership with Dale Carnegie and similar leadership development organizations.
