Greater Irvine Chamber’s Jessica Welch Presents California Women’s Leadership Association Women to Watch in 2019 Award

As a 2018 California Women’s Leadership Association (CWLA) Community Heroes award recipient, Jessica Welch, IOM, vice president of operations, Greater Irvine Chamber, presented this year’s awards during the CWLA’s Women to Watch in 2019 luncheon. Women to Watch in 2019, who were formally recognized during the Oct. 11 luncheon, are Peggy Grande, Hon. Virginia Vaughn, and Laura Meier, for being active on the frontline of issues in their communities.

“As a past recipient, it is an honor twice over to present this award to professional women who are making a difference in their communities,” Welch said.

Welch was nominated in 2017 by her peers in the business community and was recognized as a Woman to Watch by CWLA for her leadership role at the Greater Irvine Chamber.  

Along with Welch, other past Women to Watch recipients include Linda Ackerman, Laura Archuleta, Arianna Barrios, Hon. Lisa Bartlett, Hon. Young Kim, Hon. Christine Marick, Kendell Mosley, Hon. Kris Murray, Erin Neilson, Hon. Janet Nguyen, Lisa Ohlund, Cynthia Quimby, Kristine Ridge, Lacy Schoen, Hon. Summer Stephan, Heather Startman, Julie Vandermost, Kathy Wall, and Alicia Whitney.
