Greater Irvine Chamber's Linda DiMario Gains Insight on Future of Tech in OC at OCTANe Technology Innovation Forum

Greater Irvine ChamberLeaders Circle member, OCTANe, recently hosted the 2018 Technology Innovation Forum conference, the largest of its kind in Southern California focusing on high-growth technology innovation and investment. Attended by hundreds of entrepreneurs, industry executives, strategic partners, qualified investors, and academicians, the conference featured more than 55 speakers, 60 sponsors, and 80 companies in the Innovation Showcase.

Linda DiMario, executive vice president of Economic Development, Greater Irvine Chamber, attended the June 1 conference, gaining valuable insights from executives and experts on trends within the tech industry, and the future of the tech workforce in Orange County. Among those experts were representatives from local tech companies, Microsemi, Masimo, mophie, Experian, and Cylance.

A high volume of expert panelists were interviewed throughout the course of the two-day event on myriad subjects within the tech industry. FivePoint’sExecutive Vice President, Public RelationsSteve Churm, and Chairman and CEOEmilie Haddad were among the panel moderators, along with OCTANe’sPresident and CEO Bill Carpou.
