Celebrate Irvine 2018 Set for June 20

Celebrate Irvine, the Greater Irvine Chamber’s annual luncheon, will recognize outstanding achievements in Irvine's business and nonprofit community along with the success of Irvine'sMaster Plan. The event will be held Wednesday, June 20, 11:30 – 1 p.m., at the HotelIrvine, 17900 Jamboree Rd.

Nominations are being accepted, now through April 30, 2018, for businesses or individuals in Irvine that have demonstrated the principles of community service and charitable contributions and the best traditions of good corporate citizenship. The award categories are Business of the Year, Nonprofit of the Year, Philanthropist of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, and Young Professional of the Year.

The program will include an update of the city by Irvine Mayor Donald P. Wagner. Greater Irvine Chamber President & CEO Bryan Starr will provide an overview of the latest accomplishments and initiatives of local leading organizations.

Following the luncheon will be a VIP reception, providing guests with an opportunity to shake hands with local elected officials and business leaders.

Tickets are $55 for Greater Irvine Chamber members and $65 for non-members. Check-in opens at 11 a.m.; the program begins promptly at 11:30 a.m.
