OC Leads in Cross-County Worker Inflow

Recent research by Greater Irvine Chamber partner Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. shows that Orange County leads in worker inflow from neighboring counties.
Located at the epicenter of Southern California, Orange County companies are able to recruit highly educated and talented employees from the entire region. In fact, the research shows that Southern California has among the largest county-to-county worker flows in the nation; 41.6 percent of workers in Orange County commute from outside the area.
