Destination Irvine Recruits Sport Venue Bookings at National Conference

Dave Lucey, sports sales manager for Destination Irvine, and City of Irvine staff members Chris Alfaro and Collum McLaughlin met with representatives from 30 sporting event planning and hosting organizations worldwide during the TEAMS (Travel, Events, and Management in Sports) Conference in Orlando Oct. 30 - Nov. 3. The meetings strengthen relationships and provide the opportunity for Destination Irvine representatives to share information to booking groups and decision makers about the Great Park and other sports venues in Irvine.
