Emplicity Recruiter Earns Top LinkedIn Certified Status

Brandy Burbridge, Emplicity’s Director of recruiting, recently earned top honors, earning LinkedIn’s Certified Recruiter status. The certification verifies her skills at identifying and engaging talent, building a talent pipeline, posting jobs, and maximizing efficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Becoming a certified recruiter requires the candidate to be an active recruiter using the LinkedIn Recruiter module, demonstrate work experience of at least two years in the recruiter role and pass a comprehensive exam.
Brandy joined Emplicity in 2015, as Director of Recruiting, providing high level full life-cycle recruiting to a variety of clients in Southern California and nationwide. Brandy brings to the table a keen understanding of building business and candidate relationships, a dedicated commitment to customer satisfaction, and a passion for successful placements.
