Just blocks from its previous location, Mazda has relocated its North American Operations headquarters to the Irvine Spectrum, with naming rights to the 200 building.

An Aug. 25 ribbon cutting celebrated the location’s debut and included remarks form Mazda North American Operations President and CEO Masahiro Moro, Vice President of brand engagement and training Blase De Leo, and Greater Irvine Chamber President and CEO Bryan Starr.

“As one of the world’s leaders in car manufacturing, we are so proud that, for a second time, Mazda has chosen Irvine as the home for its Mazda North American Operations headquarters,” Starr said. “We are grateful that Mazda has kept so many high-paying jobs in our city, adding greatly to the economic vitality of the region.”

Additionally, Mazda recently partnered with Toyota, with plans to build a $1.6 billion assembly plant in the U.S.

Mazda has been a Greater Irvine Chamber member since arriving in Irvine in 1987. As a Leaders Circle member, Mazda partners with the Chamber at the highest level.
