David Feldberg Earns Rainmaker Award for Third, Fourth Quarters in 2017

With $1,750,000 in closed sales, David Feldberg has earned the title of Rainmaker for the fourth quarter in 2017. He also led in closed sales for the third quarter, earning him the title for two consecutive quarters.
David Feldberg, principal broker and owner of the Coastal Real Estate Group, has participated in the Wednesday Noon Leads Group since joining the Greater Irvine Chamber in 2017. When asked about the Chamber and Leads Group format he said it has been an amazing experience.
“I have made more great connections in my first year then I could have hoped for. I referred and closed some great business as a direct relation to joining the Greater Irvine Chamber,” Feldberg said.
When asked about the Rainmaker Award David said, “The honor of obtaining the Rainmaker Award is all about bringing people together. Keeping my clients happy is my number one priority and it has been great to help connect my clients with other great professionals that I know, like, and most importantly trust, is a huge benefit that I didn’t expect.”
Second behind Feldberg, Tanya Weinheimer (Tuesday Leads Group) had $420,000 in closed sales, followed by Mary Morris (Thursday Leads Group) with $125,000, and Mary Neil (Monday Leads Group) with $22,587. The total for all the groups for the fourth quarter in 2017 was $2,317,587.
