Irvine Summer Concert Season at FivePoint Amphitheatre
Thursday, May 26, 2022
FivePoint Amphitheater, which was constructed just outside the Great Park in Irvine following the demolition of the county’s beloved Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre in 2016, is back with another full season of rock, pop, hip-hop, and classical music concerts.
The 12,000-capacity outdoor venue was meant to be a temporary solution until a larger venue could be built, but it will continue to operate as the Irvine City Council and concert promoter Live Nation work toward a permanent structure within the Great Park.
FivePoint Amphitheatre is located at 14800 Chinon and is about a five-minute walk from the train station. General admission parking is included in the ticket price, but there are premium parking upgrades. The venue is continuing to implement its clear bag policy in 2022 with clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags measuring 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or smaller being allowed as well as small clutch bags that are 4.5″ x 6.5″ (roughly the size of a hand). All points of sale within the venue are now cashless and all tickets will be scanned via mobile devices.
Here’s FivePoint Amphitheatre’s current concert schedule. Ticket prices are subject to change and include some resale pricing. Additional performances may be added in the coming months. For the most up-to-date schedule, go to LiveNation.com.
