The State of California COVID-19 Rent Relief program provides financial assistance for rent and utilities to income-eligible renters and their landlords who have been impacted by COVID-19. Both renters and landlords can apply for assistance. Additional details on the program are available through this link.
If you are a first-time applicant, you will be applying through the State of California COVID-19 Rent Relief portal.
