Boys & Girls Club Central Orange Coast CEO Robert Santana Leads Additional Chapter During its Executive Search

Roberta Santana, MBA, CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Central Orange Coast, will lead an additional local chapter of the national organization. As Consulting CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Redlands-Riverside, Santana will shepherd the chapter while its Board of Directors searches for a permanent CEO.

“I am humbled to serve the kids and families of the Inland Empire, Riverside, and the Redlands area,” Santana said. “I’m looking forward to the impact I can make serving this region.”

Santana continues to serve as CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast, impacting the kids and families of Irvine, Santa Ana, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, and Orange. 

During his 13-year leadership tenure at Boys & Girls Club of Central Orange Coast, Santana has driven the organization’s expansion and raised nearly $60M to serve approximately 9,000 Orange County youth and teens. He developed several initiatives such as Coding, Robotics, Entrepreneurship, Early Literacy Intervention, and College Bound. He serves on several advisory boards, including the Greater Irvine Chamber, Cal State Fullerton Center for Leadership, Chapman University Attallah School of Education, OneOC, Samueli Academy, and the Institute for Community Impact.

Santana holds degrees in criminal justice, justice administration, child and adolescent development, and a Master’s in business administration. He enlisted in the United States Air Force, serving in the 15th Security Forces Unit at Hickam Air Force Base in Hawaii.
