“The Greater Irvine Chamber continues to be a great source of business for me year after year.  Joining the Chamber is, without a doubt, the single best business decision I have ever made for my business,” said Feldberg. “Each year that I am involved, I further cement the friendships and relationships I have made and continue to grow my network. My only regret is that I didn’t join the Chamber earlier on in my career.”

With nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Feldberg owns and is the principal broker for Coastal Real Estate Group, a full-service residential real estate brokerage with seven full-time agents.

The Rainmaker award recognizes the top individual during each quarter from the combined Leads Groups—comprised of Chamber members from non-competing industries—for referring business to fellow members resulting in the most closed business revenue.

The program is overseen by Dinh Ta, senior director of business development, Greater Irvine Chamber. Leads Groups steering committee representatives (one from each leads group) are Joe Alvarez, Bruce Greenberg, David Harrington, Tarana Nabizada, Scott Schultz, and Sundie Zin.
