The Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) is providing grants in amounts ranging from $5,000 to $20,000 to businesses facing immediate financial pressure as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The money raised through the Rapid Relief & Resiliency Fund:

  • Provides grants to women- and minority-owned small businesses that are the backbone of local economies,
  • Supports thousands of community-based organizations that serve clients in need, and
  • Delivers tech support and infrastructure to help residents and enterprises access work, school, commerce, and social connection.

Applications will be accepted on July 27, 2020. Register today and you will be notified when the grant opens on July 27. For questions, please review grant information and FAQ.

Awards are to be used for paying rent and utilities, meeting payroll, paying outstanding debt to vendors, and other immediate operational costs.

Grants will be awarded to qualified businesses, and eligibility is based on accurate and complete submission. Priority will be given to entrepreneurs of color, women- and veteran-owned businesses, and other enterprises in historically underserved areas that don’t have access to flexible, affordable capital.
