As stay-at-home orders across the state, put in place to slow the spread of Coronavirus, are being modified, the California Department of Public Health and the California Devision of Occupational Safety and Health recently issued new guidlines for the reopening of dine-in restaurants and shopping centers.

The documents provide guidance for dine-in restaurants, brewpubs, craft distilleries, breweries, bars, pubs, wineries, shopping malls, destination shopping centers, strip and outlet malls, and swap meets to support a safe, clean environment for workers, customers, and the public.
