The feature detailed the palm tree-lined pool at Hotel Irvine, which can be enjoyed on the nearly 300 days of warm, sunny Southern California weather, as well as the facilities expansive ballroom and Red Bar lounge.
Also included in the feature was Diamond Jamboree’s wide variety of international food options, highlighting the city’s many cultures.
“Everyone knows California is a melting pot of cultures and traditions, and it's evident in Orange County. One of my favorite ventures was to Diamond Jamboree Plaza in Irvine, a wide collection of Asian restaurants and stores. Want a fruity tea, hot bowl of noodles or Korean barbecue? This shopping area has it all. My favorite was a stop in 85 Degrees, a Taiwanese bakery and cafe with self-serve cakes, breads and other island delights,” mentions Northwest50Plus travel writer Michelle Te.
Northwest 50 Plus, delivered to areas in Portland, Oregon, focuses on life for seniors in the Pacific Northwest and encourages readers to travel throughout the United States and internationally.
The visit was a result of promotional outreach by Destination Irvine, the destination marketing division of the Greater Irvine Chamber.
