Roamaroo, a popular travel blog, featured Irvine’s diverse dining portfolio and ample parks and open space.
The post highlights writers Collette and Scott Stohler’s adventures in the city which included hikes on the miles of trails throughout Quail Hill, San Joaquin Wildlife Sanctuary, and Bommer Canyon.
“If you’re looking for a great place to go hiking and/or mountain biking, Bommer Canyon is the place for you! This beautiful trail allows hikers and bikers to enjoy the great outdoors of Irvine. While you’re close to the action of Irvine, Bommer Canyon is far enough away that it’s the perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet in the great outdoors,” the blog reads.
Also featured were Irvine’s Tim Ho Wan, by Michelin-star restauranteur, located in the Diamond Jamboree center, and the Hello Kitty Grand Café at the Irvine Spectrum Center.
Together, the Stohlers have more than 313,000 social media followers, and their blog garners 40,000 visitors per month.
The visit was a result of the marketing efforts of Destination Irvine.
