The Greater Irvine Chamber has been named a Best Places to Work in Orange County by the Orange County Business Journal, for the second consecutive year.

“The Board of Directors congratulates the professional staff at the Greater Irvine Chamber for being named a 2019 Best Place to Work,” said Kate Klimow, chief administrative officer and director of external relations, UCI Beall Applied Innovation, and chair, Greater Irvine Chamber Board of Directors. “The Chamber staff has cultivated a winning workplace as it works to advance economic vitality in the region.”

The professional staff at the Chamber benefits from a work culture that encourages a work-life balance and supports professional development. This is a contributing factor in the high level of productivity, which has helped to garner more than two dozen awards for individual staff members and the organization in a single year, including a five-star accreditation, the highest ranking given by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Pennsylvania-based Best Companies Group conducted the research on behalf of the Journal, grouping companies by the size of their staffs: large, with 250 or more on the payroll; medium, with 50 to 249 workers; and small, with 15 to 49 employees.
