Head over to the Irvine Spectrum Center, the outdoor mall with a 108-foot Giant Wheel featuring 52,000 energy-efficient LED lights, projecting 16 million color schemes, while providing a top-notch view of the city. Whether you want to shop, dine or simply be entertained there will be something there for you. There is also a carousel and the Irvine Improv where some great comedians come to make you laugh.
