With $408,385 in closed sales, Kim Am has earned the Greater Irvine Chamber’s title of Rainmaker for the last quarter in 2018. Her performance in the Thursday Morning Leads Group contributed to the group’s total of $446,536, putting it in the top spot among all the Leads Groups for total closed sales during the period.
Am, vice president and director of sales-payments for Commercial Bank of California, has participated in the Thursday Morning Leads Group since joining the Chamber in November 2018.
“Whether it’s showing up to network, continue to serve others, or continue to seek opportunities to learn and grow as a person, putting in the effort is important. I knew that if I was to thrive in doing business in Irvine/Orange County I would need to connect and build connections through the Greater Irvine Chamber. Being a part of the Leads Group has helped me build a healthy, trusted network of people around me,” Am said. “Being part of the group has also helped me overcome a mild fear of meeting new people. I now enjoy meeting and connecting with people. Most importantly, I’ve gained valuable resources and have become a valuable resource to others as well.”
With more than 10 years of professional experience in the financial industry, Am leads and creates programs specific to helping the bank offer payments solutions to customers in various verticals. She helps team members build healthy residual income by becoming trusted advisors as payments consultants, helping customers accept payments more cost effectively and securely from anywhere and anytime.
The Rainmaker award recognizes the top individual from a Leads Group—Chamber members from non-competing industry—for referring business to fellow members resulting in the most closed business revenue.
