The mission of the Ambassadors is to actively promote and represent the Greater Irvine Chamber of Commerce in the business community. The committee orients new members with the Chamber benefits, helps existing members remain involved, and refers prospective members through appropriate channels.

Economic Vitality Council

The Chamber’s Economic Vitality Council seeks to empower Irvine’s capacity to lead and compete in a global economy. We will help energize the start-up eco-system, improve business retention, attract new businesses, help businesses grow and expand, contribute to talent attraction and workforce development, facilitate trade and export opportunities and cultivate a collaborative environment in which assets and resources may be optimally deployed.

The Economic Vitality Council is divided into two committees: 


Emerging Business Leaders Advisory Council

The mission of the Emerging Business Leaders Advisory Council is to educate and develop young individuals to become strong corporate, civic and non-profit business leaders through promoting purposeful relationships within the Irvine community. The Council is tasked with developing and scheduling specific monthly events, coordinating quarterly seminar programs, and facilitating the partnership with local non-profit organizations.

Government Affairs

Government Affairs

The Government Affairs Committee monitors legislation, environmental statutes, and political issues of concern that may impact the business environment in Irvine and neighboring cities. The committee works to provide a unified voice on issues and projects affecting businesses, members and citizens within Irvine and beyond its borders.
