Greater Irvine Chamber and Destination Irvine Sweep 2018 MarCom Awards

Greater Irvine Chamber and Destination Irvine have received top awards in the MarCom 2018 Competition for marketing and communication materials.
The Greater Irvine Chamber received a Platinum Award for its Irvine Master Plan video, a Gold Award for its Irvine – Uniquely Qualified video, and an Honorable Mention for its Irvine UK Foreign Direct Investment video.
Destination Irvine received a Platinum Award the organization’s website destinationirvine.com along with two Gold Awards, one for the 2018-2019 Official Irvine Visitors Guide and one for the video Irvine, CA. - Where Tech Meets Trek.
“This prestigious recognition is a validation of all the great work being done at the Greater Irvine Chamber and Destination Irvine. I’m proud of the quality work our marketing and communications team produces,” said Bryan Starr, president and CEO, Greater Irvine Chamber.
The MarCom Awards recognize outstanding achievement by creative professionals involved in the concept, direction, design, and production of marketing and communication materials and programs. Entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies, and freelancers. Over 6,500 entries from throughout the United States, Canada, and 17 other countries were submitted for the 2018 competition.
Winners range in size from individual communicators to media conglomerates and Fortune 500 companies.
Destination Irvine worked with Simpleview, Inc. to develop www.destinationirvine.com, Lyon Studios to produce the Irvine, CA – Where Tech Meets Trek video, and with Lunar Cow to publish the winning guide.
