Life Science Professionals Invited to Attend US Chamber of Commerce Innovation Improving Lives Conference at Edwards Lifesciences in Irvine

The Greater Irvine Chamber, in partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, is hosting the Innovation Improving Lives conference, Monday, June 17, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m., at Edwards Lifesciences, 1 Edwards Way, to facilitate a discussion on innovation in the life-science and biomed industries.
Attendees will hear from experts and policymakers who will discuss recent life-saving innovative breakthroughs in life sciences and biopharmaceuticals, and the policies that enable them. Among the speakers is Congressman Lou Correa (CA-46), and Andrei Iancu, Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and director of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Linda DiMario, executive vice president, Greater Irvine Chamber, will participate in a fireside chat during the half-day event, where she will discuss the economics of innovation in Orange County.
Additional conference partners are Edwards Lifesciences, a Greater Irvine Chamber Leaders Circle member; Global Innovation Policy Center; Orange County Business Council; and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
